Replacing Broken Lid

I purchased a Strawberry Jam Jar from Le Creuset a while ago. The lid broke earlier this year and was in need of a replacement. I decided to tweet the LeCreusetSA account on Twitter to see if they could help. They advised that I send an email to them, which I did.

Lauren replied promptly and within two days I had a new lid delivered to my house. It is so rare to find such great service now days and I will continue to support Le Creuset because of their product quality and excellent customer service.
