Help with exchange

We bought a bike for my girl for her birthday, when we got home the bike was bend. My husband went back to exchange the bike, we thought there is going to be problems as we had probems with exchanging thing at other places before. It turned out we where wrong all went well the people was friendly and helpfull, change the bike in no time and was out of there. Thanks a lot for your great customer service.
