No feedback after 2mails on your website

Hi, I bought a tempo watch at american swiss and after only one week is stopped working for two days. I then emailed tfg from the website. The watch started working again for another week and then stopped again. I again emailed tfg from the site. Until now I have received no feedback and the watch was not even a week old when I requested assistance the first time. After the second time the watch also started working again and again I thought it was okay. It has been running until yesterday and is now standing still again. I would have felt helped if there was some sort of response from my first mail that was sent. Why have the service availeble to the customer if the service from your website is so poor?
