Hi, I overpaid my account with an amount of R2526.42 in Dec, i was advise that Wendy Sakube will be doing my refund as i am based in Cape Town, i have sent the relevant documents through to her and contacted her on several occasions but she never seems to be available or in the office. I have just sent her another e-mail requesting feedback. Its going on for my 2nd month with no feedback whatsoever.
