Honoring a great qualify promise

I generally buy at least 1 pair of shoes from ww each season because they have great quality shoes. I purchased sandals from them in November that broke December and bought another pair December and the soles of these tore loose in January. In Jan I took both worn pairs back with no receipts, they refunded me for the full amounts no questions asked. It's unfortunate that their quality let them down on these 2 pairs of sandals but great job in setting it straight by honoring your quality promise!
