Incredible Connection
Incorrectly charged and now being sued

I signed up at Incredible connection for a 24 month contract with Vodacom for 3 3G per month at R199pm. I was billed more and then found out the contract was not a top up, I immediately changed that at Incredible Connection but it took vodacom almost 3 months to change this. I paid each month the higher amount until I was billed R2300 which I reversed and after many calls and emails to both parties I am still no closer to a solution and have now been sued by Vodacom for over R6000. I have emails proving that I have really tried to sort this out. Please can you help me.
