Billed for pots I did not get

Last yr November, I ordered a 12 pc rainbow pot set and a blanket. My order was delivered on the friday 23rd Nov after 8pm, was already asleep by that time so I did not open the boxes until the morning. When I open the boxes one had a blanket and another one had only a 2pc stock pot and a toaster. I immediately sent an email asking what to do which I got a reply after 4days from S Whittle saying she sent my mail to the right dept. On the 5th Dec returned the stock pot and toaster because of the 21 day return policy you have. Again, did not hear from you. Now I see in my statements have to pay 3000 for stuff I did not get even though I have sent 3 emails informing you that I can not pay for them as I did not get them. Im just wondering why you have email as a way of communication if you dont respond to mails, its bad service and I can not pay sorry.
