I bought blankets at Homechoice (Nahla set) and after a week only took the 2nd blanket out to discover that the blanket has a default. somehow where the weaving of the blanket is there is a spot that was missed and one can see the threads of were the fur was supposed to have been. I called the customer services number to be told that I will be contacted by someone by the name of Shireen this was on Monday or Tuesday morning already but I am still waiting for a call. I am concerned about this because I called within the 14day return policy they have but by them not gettin back to me is totally unacceptable. they are so quick to make the sales and call when they want to sell things to you but take there own sweet time to get back to you when the items are not up to standard. I also checked on their website to see whether the blanket was still available and it was so I am not sure if they are waiting till it is sold out and then come up with some other story of not replacing the goods.
