Battle to get money back from CTM

We went on sunday to CTM Westgate to bring back the glue that we bought that was too much. There is a sign in the store, that show they will gladly take back the stock if it is not used.

What a battle to get our money back from the very arrogant sales man, we were not the only customers in the shop he made such a scene regarding paying us our money back, we were so imbarresed, then on top of all his arrogance he pretend he wants to put the money in his own pocket.

We are still waiting for another refund from CTM Westgate they say it takes 7 days, what is going on is it standard procedure from CTM to imbarresed clients in front of the public???

We will never go there again, this is not the first time we expereinced this.

Train your staff please to work with customers this is disgusting
