Waiting more than 20 min for 5 T Bones

I popped in at Pick 'n Pay Observatory for some T Bone steaks to braai for lunch. On arriving at P 'n P butcher department I asked the lady if they had any t Bone or Club Steaks. After more than 3 attempts to get a simple Yes or No answer, she eventually came back after asking her repeatedly! They indeed did have T Bones! I asked for 5 portions of 350g T Bones. After more than 5 minutes I repeatedly asked what was happening to my 5 T Bones.By the time I got the T Bone steaks I noticed that the "blockman" had literally done a hack job of it. I demanded to see him and he came out from behind the cutting area. I asked what had happened to the non-existing fillet section of the T Bone? I handed the hack job back to him and demanded that he cut me the proper T Bones. Again the long wait perpetuated for more than 5 minutes.

I told the lady on duty that I could cut the T Bones myself. The chronic lack of service was clear for anyone to see. I asked to see the store manager but she was on PA duty. Eventually I got the T Bones, paid for it and made my way to the store manager. She could only apologise excusing the lack of service to no blockman. I said they must close the butcher!
