T-BONE COMPLAINT

Good day
Yesterday 15th January 2014, I felt like nice T-Bone steak for my family. I went to Walker Drive, Pick n Pay in PE, and all I could get was the special with 1 T-Bone and 1 Club Steak. Well I bought 4 packets, because I needed 4 T-bones. I obviously 1st asked the butchery if they didn't have just T-Bone on its own and he said no just the special. Well I am known to cook the best steak ever, but the T-Bones I cooked, was so tough we couldn't eat it. So I cooked one of the Club Steak and to my horror, it was just as tough. I paid over R150.00 for this meat and it wasn't edible. Please can you inform the branch and butchery about this. We pay so expensive for meat and then one can't even eat this. I have noticed that this store has really gone backwards, because I use to only shop there. I must honestly say I would much rather shop at Pick n Pay Circular Drive in Port Elizabeth in future.
