There is no controle when it comes to hygiene

I asked the butchery staff for some bones for my dog when i noticed a lady packing meat into the trays and wrapping it. She had some kind of flu or cold, she would pack one piece of meat and then cough and sneeze to the side without covering her mouth, no masc or gloves!! What has happened to hygiene???
I also found bones in the boerewors on several ocations. I'm seriously thinking of swithcing to Checkers dont know if would be any better!!!
