I have just had bad service from the moment i set foot into guess worldwear, from the moment i opened my account until now! The own manager couldnt even explain to me how the account worked 'i must read the application form'!!!
Because of the lack of training of staff in the store i have been battling with my account for over 4 months!!! I payed my monthly account there for the month of september and their machines werent working so i payed cash, i ask you this if the payment didnt go through would you not have been over 200 with your cash??? Yet again that shows bad management! And when RSC phoned to query it they could not remember when i payed! I am absolutly disgusted with the service of guess at worldwear, they should be focusing on their work and not how loud they can play their music!
