Had a loan &a furniture account, wanted to pay the furniture one but was told its not reflecting in the system but i should make that payment than Elizabeth was to fix it the following day, this was in December. January my loan debit order was not debited, called the call centre was told the account was fully paid in December and its in a positive balance of -R564.Went to the store asked Elizabeth why she didnt fix it as she had said. She told me she had forgotten which is not acceptable, on that day January she told me shes fixing it but came February the funds are still in the loan account. Went directly to the manager on the 11/03/2013 to complain she didnt even open my account to check whats wrong instead she refered me back to Elizabeth who asked me to bring my bank statement so the funds will be deposited in my bank account in 3 days, i did that after 3 days the funds was not deposited didnt get any feedback or advice as to whats going on. I called them on the 19/03/2012 she said within 7days the funds should be in my account but till to this day its not deposited, Elizabeth is INCOMPETENT and RUDE when i called on the 22th to ask whats going on she snapped. Am very upset and disappoint
