Its 6weeks since my last payment

They have not paid me back my money for goods that l bought from them. They basically are not doing anything since l escallated from the branch. The whole business is rotten when l paid them the rand was worth 11 US cents and now its 10US cents. i cannot be involved in wars between branch and head office. All l am asking for is my money back is that too much to ask for.
