Slow service and unfriendly

Whenever i go to the cold meats counter the staff show miserable faces and make you wait on them as if they doing you a favor by serving you. They should be replaced by casual school leavers like they do with the cashiers and shelf packers. However I took my two baskets to the express counter and this casual school leaver assisted me with the friendliest greeting and enthusiasm. He also offered to fetch me a trolley, something the packer should have assisted me with. I told him they should make him a manager or make him train the tellers and packers on what good customer service is all about, something P n P Ottery is seriously lacking. The problem is one cart of rotten apples makes one ripe apple get overlooked. Just thought I would put it out there that sometimes you strike it lucky and that day was my turn.
