Choosing trainers

I was looking for a new pair of trainers for my 7 year old son. Karen and then Renzo went the extra mile helping us find the right pair. We tried on at least 6 pairs and they both remained patient, helpful and friendly throughout even when we thought we'd never find a pair that fitted properly. Renzo tested each pair for fit and found more and more pairs until the right pair was found. I was not expecting such customer service in Mr Price and they made a long 45 mins bearable and most importantly successful! Thank you Renzo and Karen - you were both outstanding.
