Dangerous Driving - Pick 'n Pay Delivery Vehicle

I was heading north/east on Witkoppen road at about 08:55 on Sunday morning 24/03/2013 between Kingfisher and Cedar roads. I was in the right lane and as I came over the rise, there was a Pick 'n Pay Delivery truck blocking the right lane side on.

The driver was in the process of doing a u-turn over the grass/sand central reservation which caused him to block the right lane.

This individual should be immediately dismissed. This is completely reckless and cannot be tolerated.

I assume PnP also have tracking capability on their vehicles. I was unable to get the vehicles plates as it was side on. I was able to get a picture with my phone as I was stationary.
