Builders Express
STERLING SERVICE, WELL DONE!!

I was at the Builder's Express at Cedar Square yesterday to get some paint with my wife.

The level of service and sense of urgency that the staff at the paint department had was remarkable. I'd like to make mention of a particular gentleman who was helping us. I unfortunately do not recall his name but he was a light skinned, Tswana speaking man.

He rushed up and down to get us what he needed, he quickly asked for advice and assistance from his colleagues when he was not certain and made calls to the necessary branches when we needed paints they did not have at their branch.

I'd like to say a very special and well done to the Team. That's the level of service that all South Africans should strive for. Your warmth and respect automatically urged us to be warm and respectful towards you.
