Waiting almost 3 months!

Having lodged a complaint on this site I recieved an e mail from Byron Botha on the 10TH OF JANUARY, assuring me that stock was on the way and I would be contacted as soon as the GPS stock arrived. To date I have not been contacted and I wonder why he even bothered sending me an e mail if he never intended following up. Hi Fi Corporation has no idea about customer service, the fact that he is a manager doesnt bode well. No wonder the staff are so unhelpful.
