Extremely poor service

On the 26th I went to the store and went to the frozen veg department to buy weighed mixed vegetable, the lady that was there saw me but continued doing whatever it was she was doing and after a while came to the wheing machine closer and while not even looking at me said "speak", I did'nt respond because I did'nt think she was talking to me, she repeated and then I asked if she was talking to me and she said yes, I sad but that is not the way to speak to a customer and she said "lady please drop it, can't you see I'm busy here, are you gonna speak or what" with an I don't care attitude, I did not even bother to report the matter to their management because I knew they were not going to do anything about it, I had a similar complaint before and they did nit even bother to attend to it, the service in that store stinks and I don't even thinks they know anything about customer service, and the fact that the management does nothing about it is so unacceptable all they care about is the money coming in.
