Damaged pot not yet reimbursed after 14 weeks

I purchased the bastille pot set in 2012. I used the biggest, deepest pot once and noticed the pot was forming a bubble underneath. The manager at Cresta, Simon, asked me to bring the pot in as they will need to send the pot to services for testing. I took the pot in on 26/11/2012. It is over 14 weeks and I have not heard back from Simon or anyone else at Verimark. I went into the store on 19/01/2013 to query the status of my pot and Simon was extremely unhelpful. He said he would query it on Monday and gave me the customer care number. It has been 2 weeks since my query and Simon hasn't bothered to get back to me. I also called the customer service on 21/01/2012 and spoke to Isaac. He too has not returned my call as promised. I am sick and tired of this pathetic service and inferior quality pot. I refuse to accept a replacement. Verimark has inconvenienced me by keeping me waiting for over 14 weeks with no feedback. I will return the rest of your rubbish pots for a full refund.
