Using Cleints Foschini Card without her permission

My Mother inlaw want shopping and Donna-claire she paid using her Foschini Cardthe transcation want through successfully and the goods were given to her... only one mistake when she got home she did not have her Foschini card she either had forgotten it in the store and the person that was assiting her did not even bother to give her card back a day passed she than want back to the store all three assistants quaried about her saying theres the lady that for got her card .. the pants that she had bought were the wrong size she she also want for exchanged onlYto DISCOVER THAT HER CREDIT WAS USED UP WHEN SHE ASKED IVY SHE SAID THAT IT WAS THAT WAY . she than requested for last transcation slip they told her that it was not possible she than requested for manager they to her and said that he will only be back in two weeks becouse they were hiding him... they took advantage of her becouse she was old some one used her credit that she had in the card when asked to produce last transcation nobody knew... this person needs to be dealt with and fired becouse what they did is... WHY DIDNT THEY DISTROY HER CARD WHEN THEY SAW THAT SHE WAS NOT COMING BACK OR EVEN CALL ATLEAST
