I am staying in Rwanda since 12 July 2013 and paid up my Edgars account. I have sent numerous e-mails to cancel my Life/Club membership. Edgars keep on sending me sms messages to pay my account, the Accounts department keeps on adding the club fees and late payment / arrears fees! It seems all Edgars cares about is the money they can get from their thousands of customers. I would really appreciate it if somebody can reply to my e-mails as I am not in a position make a phone call from here and holding on for an hour!!
