Cooker hood, Electricians bill, bad promises

Bought 3 Pc stove. It was delivered. My electrician came to install. On removing from box, hood fell apart. He installed it anyway. Saw when I got there. I tried contacting FWays but phone no doesnt work any more, no new one on the website. Phoned H/O- Michele in CS. She asked me to send pics, she would ensure it was sorted. A couple of days, Ian called me. He'd seen photos, agreed it was very bad. He'd replace unit, pay for electrician to install. I sent him mail with electrician's details and arranged for the next Tues. Electrician called me on Wed to say no-one had called. I went into the store the following week, having heard nothing. Hung around while Ian checked in the "back". Now, his "Regional Mngr" wouldnt pay for the electrician because he shouldnt have installed. I TOLD him, R350 was only the callout, my electrican, is very nice and said he would only charge the callout. Whether or not, installed, I still had to it with call him again. Monday, he promised. Its Fri now. Went to the store. He had the new one. Quickly sent the unit with a driver but refuses to pay me the R350. Broke EVERY promise. New one nearly as bad as 1st. Small claims court? Bye H&H, not coming bk
