I bought an electricity voucher at Checkers in Westdene, Bloemfontein, but lost it. The admin manager, mr. De Klerk, assisted me by looking up the till slip on their system and supplying the lost PIN number to me. I was pleasantly surprised by his friendly manner and prompt assistance. With this type of problem, we often have to deal with incompetent employees who simply shrug and tell you to buy another voucher. It was a genuine pleasure to meet a person like mr De Klerk, who went the extra mile with a smile.
