WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I bought a 18 piece last year May, and most of my furniture has pulled loose. I sent my couches in more than a month ago and I have still not recieved them, and I still have the rest of the furniture to send in. I have had bad attitude from the manager about my damaged good asking if I would like to take things further. I dont recieve feedback, after I have sent several emails. The manager said I would recieve my goods in no longer than 6 weeks, its been more than 6 weeks. Their service is PATHETIC! I will never purchase anything from them again. They can easily debit my monthly payment but I have to sit on the floor as I have nothing else to sit on. 3 weeks AFTER they came to fetch my furniture, the manager phoned me to arrange when they can come fetch my furniture?? They dont even communicate. All my wooden good have left marks on even though I have table cloths on all the wooden items, my grass place mates that dont even weigh 5g has left marks on the table. The manager recons its because I use MR MIN and he says its not his fault I cant look further to see on the back it says MAY NOT USE ON WOOD?? I must be blind as I can not see that. What kind of manager is that? DISGUSTING!!
