Mislead by sales consultant now in arrears

Egarding my account and the fact that I am in arrears due to the following reasons which I would like investigated.

Firstly when I signed my furniture contract it was agreed that I would pay my first instalment on at the end of January 2013. I then later received a call prior to that date which may be on the 22nd of December from one of your staff members at the branch advising me that my 1st instalment is due end of February and longer in January. I was amazed how ever did not question it as there was a promotion running for a payment break and thought that might be the reason.

I then received a call from Dikeledi a member of your staff advising me that my account is in arrears I then related the above to her in reason. I wasn't able to provide her with a name only the fact that I remember it was a female that had called. My loan account was paid for as arranged which was debited on the 25th of January. It also came to my attention that the debit order for the furniture attempt was made on the 31st which should have been set for the 25th meaning that it was the consultant that was handling my application that is also in fault as my salary date is on the 25th. NEGLIGENCE
