In April i made an appointment (because bride & co are so strict about appointments) to go for a wedding dress fitting, and on the same day I got the dress that i wanted. i got a note saying they will contact me 1 month before the function to bring in the dress for alliterations and quality check. I ended up phoning them, I booked for 9:00 got there at 9, and stood around at reception being ignored asked someone walking pass me if i could get some service, she told me to go wait in one of the fitting rooms, while waiting, another customer said the service is really bad and i asked her how long they have been waiting she said, well they lost my daughters matric farewell dress, i said i have been waiting for 45min now still no service, then a lady came up to me and asked if i have been assisted i said no i have been told to wait here, she said to me so why dont put on the dress, I told her because its impossible for someone to put the dress on alone, I told her how upset i am and that i had a booking for 9. she told me there is no reason for me to go on like this, the person i booked with is not there. A girl called Massey ended up helping me dress who works in the quality check dep
