Dissapointed in service received

I went into MR price Tygervalley mall on 9.03, 13, I went with the intention of kitting my whole bedroom out with new linen, throws and scatter cushions. I asked 2 employees standing there chatting to assist me. It seemed like a real issue for them to assist me. When asking about their stock of their cushions they just pointed me into a random direction, so I left the cushions and throw all together. Then I asked then how many pillow cases were in the packet, I was told 2 and that is what I needed, so I purchased the pillow cases. When I got home there was only one in the packet. I am so dissapointed in the service I received as I have also experienced the same kind of service at their clothing branches.
