Trying to a custome

I went to Makro woodmead to purchase a new DSTV PVR deocder and was told it costs R1800 and was suprised at the price but then was told it comes with a "upgrade" installation voucher worth R950 and would cover the installation of the PVR at my house and the only/maximum price i would have to pay is R350 for some switch to have dual view of wihich to my knowledge i have as i already have the dual view. I am now told by the installation company and installer that it will cost me R350 for the switch plus an additional R850.
i was totally shocked and dissapointed as i was clearly crooked into paying a higher price for the DSTV decoder and now they are trying to me for installation costs. Clearly this installtion/upgrade voucher is of no use.
