On Wednesday 20.03.2013 I went to cash crausaders Strand street to sell a necklace and a couple of rings. I was asked things like "is this gold? " "How much do you want for it? " "Where did you get it? " " Why do you want to sell it? " Which I understand is the process but don't look at me with disgust. I was of the impression cash cruasaders buys gold and jewelry and they would weigh it, test it and give a price at the rate they buy gold at. THe skinny chap who assisted me very rudely said its not worth selling my silver necklaces and the yellow gold ring isn't gold without testing it. He tested the white gold ring, tested it and very rudely offered a price. As a mother in need I opted to sell some of my valuble jewelry. I left feeling disgruntle, ashamed and embarassed. Please tell me this is not how people who sell they belongings are treated. Please tell we as a society has not lost all respect for one another. I definately wont be going back there anytime soon! DISGUSTED
