False information & deducting of credit card

In Feb they called offering a pensioners package @ R83.30 over 24 moths interest free. The next day the full amount were deducted from my credit card. When parcel arrived I returned it unopened. Still not received any of my money back and now in order for them to take me off the list and stop calling me, I have to buy something else for R2399. Where in your life. No one answers any of the number supplied, sales people present themselves as customer care people. Just a headache doing any business with these people.
