Appaulling service!

I have had my Whirlpool Aquasteam washing machine for just over a year and this is the 3rd time I have had to have it repaired. Each time the exprerience with the call centre has been dreadful! Only after a number of calls does any action take place. The call center cannot tell me, when or what the hold up with the repairs of my machine is. Not to mention that a new machine is so unreliable! I will never be buying whirlpool again!!!
