Acc paid

They have been hammering me for more than 1 year to pay my account but at first was not wiling to provide me with easy pay nr as i could not remember my last purchase. So they went ahead and handed me debt collectors, on Thursday 7 March I paid the amount due on the acount and now I cant seem to get a hold of any one to remove me from the black list and send me a letter to say that they recieved the money and my account is settled in full!!! WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO GET RID OF THIS COMPANY??? they want to sell to you, then they dont want to give you YOUR info to pay and WHEN you fight to find your details and PAY then they just cut you off and the rest???
