On the 07/03/2013 went to buy at pickn'pay as we standing in queue a guy standing behing us walked pass and we did not realise that the queue was closer to the til point and when we asked why the guy passed he told ut to ofgf and to our shock we retaliated back and asked why was he saying he started screaming slures and pick n pay staff member including a supervisor watched as if it was movie no one called a manger to ask teh guy to stop as he was calling every balck customer to go and shp in the township he does not ned to stand with and baboons my frustratin was does pick na pay condone such behaviour in the store as staff mebers were all amused and when we went back the following day they were all pointing fingers and i did report this to pickn'pay and was promised feedback but nothing .and the guy was served as nothing happened and security guy that works for picknpay also came to insult us fuurther with all that happened why does pick n pay entertains such behaviour or is it business as usuall if a customer wants to call people and babbons is fine.
