Good Day - We bought a Panasonic KX-2511 DECT PHONE for R399.00 on 28/12/11. It was faulty soon after I got it but never took it back as had lost my slip. I found my slip recently and wrote to them asking if we can have it replaced. They said no because I never took it back after a year but can give us a better price. Being Pensioners we cannot afford to throw R399.00 away and spend more money on top of that so wish Makro would be reasonable and replace the faulty phone. Would very much appreciate this.
