Overpaid account - keep threatening me!!!

I last bought on my Woolworths account in May 2011, on 6 months payment terms. Since I opened my account I've never missed one payment, and transferred funds with Internet banking to Woolworths for years without any problems. Suddenly I started receiving threads to pay my account or I will be handed over and blacklisted. After several phone calls, faxes (proof of payment) and e-mails since January 2012, I never received any feedback. They promise to phone back but never do. I am now at a stage where Woolworths owes me money and I haven't received any assistance from Woolworths. I contacted FNB legal services to assist with this matter, and after two month they phoned and advised me that they haven't been able to resolve the matter due to Woolworths simply ignoring the matter. And even said it was a lost case. When asking to speak to their manager they refuse to transfer the call, and said it's not possible.
This is unacceptable and shocking that customer services can steep to this level. At the end even though they are in the wrong they have the power to blacklist me, and ruin my credit record. I can provide proof of correspondance and names of employees.
