Media Player returned within 7 days - No refund

I bought a media player from Esquire which came with a wireless adapter on the 12 October 2013
I did query in-store and was told that it would be able to stream hd movies.

took it home and normal sd movies streamed fine but it wasn't able to stream HD without a constant stutter/buffering.

I returned the player on the 19th October 2013 (within 7 days)
esquire technical then sent the player back to the supplier.

I had to wait 2 weeks for Esquire to come back and say the media player does not support HD streaming.

I requested a refund (As far as i know i can return anything within 7 days especially since its not doing what i purchased it for) and ever since then, i have phoned Esquire twice a week and it is getting nowhere.

Fathima's excuses have been, she will check with head office, then the technical department and now the manager will phone me back but nearly 2 months down the line it is still not sorted and i am beyond irritated.

This is terrible service and i don't think i will be using Esquire ever again.

I have not had any sufficient feedback
