I recently order a Macbook Pro via FNB and received all relevant messages including one saying Digital planet would contact me. Well they didn't so I called in (on Friday) and provided them with a delivery address and was adviced it would take up to 3 days.

Today I called in to check on the status and was advised that they do not have stock and it will take another week to be delivered. What I can not understand is why not call the customer and inform them of this, had I not called in today would I have even known.

And stock was received on Friday, a friend of mine was contacted with regards to this, so why out of stock now?
