You have sent and old account to debt collectores to demand payment. i am not paying you anything because i paid the last R600 and something during late 2009 early 2010. i dont not owe you anything and i am claiming presciption due to the fact that i dont have the proof anymore. as per law we only have to keep documents for 3 years. i need response that this file is closed for good or otherwise i have to log a complaint to NCR or the media.
