Hounded for prescribed debt

I am also getting an sms about a so called section 129 letter. My problems with them began about 2 years ago. They came out saying I owe R7000 or so for a debt from 2005! I scratched around and found some documents. The original debt was R440. I found deposit slips for the payment except the last R70. So they said I must fax it. I wrote a letter stating I dont owe anything. Here is the slips and that this file must be closed. After a while a person phoned again but knew nothing about the email. I cannot get rid of these people! It is driving me insane!
