No after sales service

I purchased an item in December 2012, the item work for three months. Item has been returned to [URL Removed] it is nearly three weeks and they still want to send it to the suppliers to assess. IT DOES NOT WORK, easy as that, it has not been abused or neither is it in a million pieces. It has just stopped working. Previous communication has also gone unanswered. There is absolutely no after sales service from [URL Removed]
