Tiles still not fixed after nearly two years

Need to just explain what was the end result with my tiles. After lawyers letters and phonecalls Van Graan eventually came and lift the tiles aroud my swimming pool 50 sq meters of it. But that is where it has ended and now i sit with a tile area that looks like a bomb hit it..I am still paying off on the loan, with interest, that i took out to lay the tiles plus it is going to cost R20000-00 to fix.
