Worst customer service

I received the worst customer service in jet! I purchased a comforter which had a lot of white marks on the sheet. After searching for a staff member about 20min later I got referred to the assistant manager.she apparently phoned through to a area managor who refused to give more then 5% discount. After insisting I talk to the area managor she took me to the office where a manager was sitting. 1stly u do not to a customer by saying u spoke to a area managor when u have not! Secondly this manager on duty was completely rude, he did not introduce himself or even get off of his seat! He was completely rude and arrogant saying it is against the law to give discount further then 5%! After deciding to exchange the item I had to stand in a que of atleast 20 customers to find out there was only one cashier on the tills. Eventually after more then 4 customers compalined another 1 cashier decided to open her till. I have worked in retail for nearly 4years nw and never seen service so bad in any store before. I would appreciate some training to be given to the managor and staff as to how to deal with customers as I am a regular shopper and will refuse to go back to this store!!!
