Excellent client service after buying damaged good

Just wanted to comment on the service I received from Pick 'n' Pay Benmore, previously I had bought a damaged lamb fillet there. I received several phone calls about this from the manager of the Benmore branch as well as his assistant about the damaged goods. When I made time to be there I received the most friendly service ever, I must say.
I got a quick look at the clean Butchery and had a short chat with the Manager there, his name was I pressume was Keith. Everything was top notch and I had also a nice chat with Brenda the floor manager.
Thank you for the service! I am going to make the perfect meal my wife was supposed to have on the 14th February for Valentines day.
