Decorative Coffee Kiosk

I'm just wondering what is the purpose of having a Coffee kiosk @ the Rustenburg Branch? We shop at the Checkers Hyper at least three times a week and I was lucky enough to get coffee from them on exactly three occasions since they opened. Either you are being told the person responsible for the kiosk is not there, or they do not know where she is or they do not have stock??? The last time I tried to buy Coffee there was on Tuesday, 12 March 2013 just after 5 pm. There were two ladies behind the counter, but both just pulled up their shoulders when I wanted to buy coffee and said "Eish, the lady she's not here"??? On one or two occasions I tried to log a complaint at the Customer Care Counter in store, but with little success. We love the coffee and I think the kiosk is a great idea... Pity they do not sell coffee there...
