Hi,

I was once an unhappy customer at furniture city but because I gave them that benefit of the doubt and I loved my the couches so much I decided to buy them AGAIN from your store. Once again I am very unhappy with the customer service, your incompetency and most importantly your system that is not insync. My account is forever in arrears according to one set of your system and when I go to pay it becomes in advanced suddenly. I even asked the last time at Northgate that they show me since It was said to be in advanced for R700 but I still get calls.
Another than this system that is I don't know what, I laid on complained about my couches in November 2012 and they were only collected March 2013 that's already 3 months later. Even today I still do not have my couches.

I wish I can stand on top of the highest mountains and shout how bad of a service I have received from crests furniture city. I am so glad we have sites like hello Peter. I would like to find out when I can get my couches? I think their merge with african bank was not a good move ever, the customer service is detoriorating.
