I recently visited the Galleria branch to purchase a Samsung desktop that was on special but was disappointed to find there was none in stock. I contacted customer care via your website and was put through to a wonderful lady called Theresa (planner/buyer for computer hardware). I'd like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Theresa for not only making sure I received the desktop but also for staying in touch with me on a weekly basis throughout the process so I knew exactly where things stood.
