Good day.

I am incredibly frustrated and request assistance please. I have not been recieving my statements for a couple of months now and have called numerous times to complain and get told the system is updated yet i still do not recieve it. I needed to make payment on the 1st of this month, on the 27th of february i called and asked what my payment was that i needed to make and the lady said i needed to pay R150.00 and so i made an electronic payment and thought that was that. I went to MTN yesterday to add onto my contract and was declined. I then last night made a payment of R200.00 into the Edcon account and then finally recieved a statement last night showing i needed to pay R350.00, i will make this payment tomorrow morning. I am incredibly dissapointed with Edcon as this seems to be an ongoing problem, i call and get no assistance. this is the last straw for me. Please tell me what is going on... and i expect my name to be cleared so i can go back to MTN after being embaressed yesterday!!! I would appreciate an answer today.
